All of Soteri’s apps for Atlassian host products are available through the Atlassian Marketplace.

Data Center apps are sold as an annual subscription.
Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription, matching the host site’s billing cycle.

Pricing By User Tier

Soteri’s app pricing is subscription-based and varies based on the number of users on your host platform. The user tier of your app license needs to match the user tier of the host site. E.g., if your Confluence license is for 20,000 users, you will also need a 20,000 user license for Soteri Security for Confluence.

Help with Licensing and Pricing

Billing and licensing for Soteri’s Atlassian apps are handled via the Atlassian Marketplace. Most issues with billing or licensing will have to be handled by Atlassian’s billing and licensing team, including:

Generating new evaluation licenses
Renewing evaluation licenses
Generating quotes or purchase orders
Issues with payments, bills, or refunds
