Security for Confluence can only scan content its app user can access. Use the Troubleshoot access page to find spaces you administer that the app can’t access, and grant them access.
Open the page
On the Soteri Dashboard, select a space’s No App Access status, if one is shown.
You can also open Soteri Settings, expand Troubleshooting and Debugging, and select Troubleshoot app access.
Grant access
Select Grant access next to a space to give the app user the Viewer role.
Select Grant all to grant access to every space you administer that the app can’t access. This runs in the background, so you can leave the page while it finishes.
If access can’t be granted automatically, select Grant manually to open the space’s permissions and add the app user there.
Each grant is recorded in the audit log as “Granted the app access to a space”.
If you don’t administer a space marked No App Access, ask a space administrator to grant the app access.
This page checks space permissions only. It doesn’t list restricted pages or blog posts that the app can’t scan.
