Fixing scan results that appear incomplete

App administrators can trigger a full instance rescan from the settings page if scan results appear incomplete, stale, or inconsistent. This should only be used for troubleshooting, ideally when directed by Soteri Support.

To trigger a full instance rescan:

  1. Open the Soteri Settings page.

  2. Expand Troubleshooting and Debugging.

  3. Select Force instance rescan.

Full instance rescans can take multiple days on large instances.
