Security for Jira’s app user needs permission to browse a space to scan its work items. Use the Troubleshoot access page to find spaces you administer that the app can’t browse, and grant it access.
Open the page
On the Soteri Dashboard, select a space’s No App Access status, if one is shown.
You can also open Soteri Settings, expand Troubleshooting and Debugging, and select Troubleshoot app access.
Grant access
Select Grant access next to a space to add the app user to a project role that allows browsing. The app tries a read-only role, such as Viewer, first. It never uses a role that allows space administration.
Select Grant all to grant access to every space you administer that the app can’t browse. This runs in the background, so you can leave the page while it finishes.
If access can’t be granted automatically, select Grant manually to open the space’s access settings. Add the app user to a role that allows browsing.
Each grant is recorded in the audit log as “Granted the app access to a space”.
If you don’t administer a space marked No App Access, ask a space administrator to grant the app access.
